Nazli Bhatia

BIO

Nazli Bhatia is an Associate Practice Professor of Behavioral Science at the University of Pennsylvania studying negotiation and also teaches MBA, Executive MBA and Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences students at the Wharton School and the College of Liberal and Professional Studies. Her teaching and research have won numerous awards and have been featured in the New York Times, Fortune Magazine, and the Washington Post among others. Her research has been widely published in academic journals including Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, Psychology of Women Quarterly, Journal of Experimental Psychology, and Leadership Quarterly. She holds a PhD in organizational behavior and theory from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
