Helen Krug von Nidda

The Founder and Chief Executive Optimist of With Helen, a coaching practice focused on elevating women in the workplace, Dr. Helen Krug von Nidda holds a Doctorate in Education from Columbia University, a Master’s in Human Resources Management, and is a certified Coach and licensed Career Counselor. She speaks regularly at conferences and organizations that include L’Oreal, Novo Nordisk, Nestle, LinkedIn, Dell, and more. Helen is an instructor at Stanford, a career coach at IMD Switzerland, has taught at Columbia University, and served as a Learning Coach at INSEAD for the Gender Diversity Programme.
