Dr. Matthew Boedy is an associate professor of rhetoric and composition at the University of Northern Georgia where he specializes in the rhetoric of religion and is one of the foremost experts on Turning Point and modern Christian Nationalism. He’s also the author of Speaking of Evil (Rowman & Littlefield, 2018), which examined the changing rhetoric of evil, and has appeared on CNN, on the front page of the New York Times and has been interviewed by Rolling Stone and the Chronicle of Higher Education, among numerous other publications.
