Iselin Gambert is a professor at The George Washington University Law School where she directs the Fundamentals of Lawyering program and serves as faculty co-director of the Animal Legal Education Initiative. She is a 2019 Aspen Words Emerging Writer Fellow. No single writer has done more to define the intellectual terrain of milk: Her landmark law review article Got Mylk? The Disruptive Possibilities of Plant Milk was named "Notable & Quotable" by the Wall Street Journal, and her works has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the Baltimore Sun, The Conversation and major outlets around the world, and she has delivered invited lectures and keynote addresses on the subject of milk across three continents.
