Gilly Smith is a food journalist, author and podcaster (the delicious. Podcast for delicious.Magazine, Leon’s How to Eat to Save the Planet, Cooking the Books, The Borough Market Podcast).

She specialises in sustainability and the impact of food production on climate change; her book Taste and the TV Chef: how storytelling can save the planet was published in September 2020. An early podcaster to appear on the food scene, she is currently writing How to Make and Grow a Successful Podcast (Robinson, 2021)
