Erik Braun

Erik Braun is Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Admissions in the Department of Religious Studies at the University of Virginia. His first book, The Birth of Insight: Meditation, Modern Buddhism, and the Burmese Monk Ledi Sayadaw (Chicago, 2013) was a co-winner of the Toshihide Numata book prize.
