Afia Amaoko

Afia runs Eat with Afia (@eatwithafia) — a social media platform where she highlights West African food and makes it more accessible to a North American audience. With her platform, Afia tries to underscore the diversity of plant-based foods from the African continent while educating her audience on unique ingredients, cuisines and the beauty of African cultures through food. Outside of her blog, Afia Amoako is a PhD Candidate in Epidemiology.
