Helen Hicks

Helen Hicks graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University where she earned her BA in English and Communication Studies. Before joining Aevitas in 2022, she interned for Wendy Sherman Associates and attended the Columbia Publishing Course.

Helen is interested in stories that inventively deal with pressing topics, especially gender and psychology. She enjoys a range of genres including narrative nonfiction, literary fiction, memoir, and speculative fiction. She is based in New York.
